I am a lifelong resident of Upstate, NY, where I grew up on a 250 acre farm in beautiful Unadilla. I am no stranger to hard work. As the youngest of sixteen siblings working on my parents' farm, I learned the importance of hard work and cooperation - two virtues that have continued with me throughout my adult life. With a great deal of knowledge of the local area, I will go the distance to help you meet or exceed your expectations. You can always count on me to be available, honest, dedicated and hardworking!I have more than 25 years of experience in business, finance and contract development. I feel the most important part of any business is good customer relations. Your goals will always be my top priority and together we will succeed! I graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. While in college full-time, I also raised my daughter as a single parent, along with working a full-time job. After graduation, I worked for a Project and Construction Management firm where I first learned a great deal about the construction and real estate industries. I then continued my career in the business, finance and contract development fields, which lends a unique perspective that has been an immense benefit in my career. I will apply this experience toward helping buyers and sellers while making their dreams a reality! For the past 9 years, I have been a member of the International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF). Being a member of ITF requires me to follow several tenets. These tenets include Courtesy, Integrity, Perserverance and Indomitable Spirit. I continue to incorporate these tenets into improving my lifestyle and career, which has contributed significantly to my success. My passion for learning has always driven me to be my best. Learning something new is one of many attributes that I will continue to carry with me in all my future endeavors; personal and professional.
